A pair of blue mist mugs

Crafted from a speckled buff clay, each mug is individually hand thrown and finished with a hand pulled handle. The "Blue Mist" glaze is hand dipped and highly variable, producing a beautiful spectrum of colours from rich dark browns to subtle hints of purple, blue, and soft hazy greens. Every firing brings a unique surprise, making no two mugs exactly alike.

Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, variations in size, shape, and glaze are to be expected and celebrated. Each pair is carefully selected to be as closely matched as possible in appearance while still honoring the uniqueness of the craft.
